Article 2 - General provisions relating to these general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "the GTCS")
2.1. Purpose of the GTCS
The GTC are applicable exclusively to the online sale of Cabania products (hereinafter "the products") on the site lit-cabane-cabania.com, (hereinafter "the site").2.2 Scope of the GCS
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contracts for the online sale of Cabania products (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to purchasers having the status of customers (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer" or "Buyer") and constitute, together with the online order, the only contractual documents opposable to the parties. All other documents, such as catalogs or photographs of products, are provided for information only.The GCS apply only to products delivered in mainland France and in member countries of the European Union.
The GCS and all contractual information on the site are written in French.
2.3. Availability and acceptance of the GTC
The General Terms and Conditions are accessible at all times on the Seller's website, where they can be consulted directly.The General Terms and Conditions are accepted by the Customer at the time of order validation, by ticking the appropriate box. This validation constitutes unreserved acceptance of the GCS in force at the date of the order.
2.4. Changes to the GTCS
Cabania reserves the right to modify its GCS at any time. The applicable GCS are those in force at the time of the order. Upon request, a copy of the GCS applicable at the date of the order may be provided to the Customer.2.5. Terms and conditions
If a clause of the GTC is declared null and void, this does not affect the validity of the other clauses.The Vendor's failure to apply one or more clauses of the GCS, either temporarily or permanently, shall not constitute a waiver of the GCS as a whole, which shall remain fully applicable.
Article 3 - Products
3.1 Product features
The products offered for sale on the site are described in detailed sheets mentioning their essential characteristics, in accordance with article L. 111-1 of the French Consumer Code. Product photographs are not contractual.3.2 Instructions for use
Instructions for use, where essential, are provided either in the electronic catalog or on delivery.3.3 Product conformity
The products sold by Cabania comply with current standards in terms of safety, public health and consumer protection at the time they are placed on the market.3.4. Stock availability
Products are offered while stocks last. In the event of unavailability of an ordered product, Cabania will inform the Customer as soon as possible. The Seller may then offer a product of equivalent quality and price or a voucher for a future order.In the event of refusal by the Customer, the amount paid will be reimbursed within three months. Apart from the refund, Cabania is not obliged to pay any other compensation unless the non-performance of the contract is due to the direct fault of the Seller.
Article 4 - Prices
4.1. Selling prices
The prices indicated for each product in the online catalog are expressed in euros, all taxes included (VAT), excluding delivery costs and any other charges that may be added before final validation of the order.The total amount payable is displayed on the order confirmation page. The price in force at the time of the order is the one that applies.
Shipping costs, if not included in the price of the product, will be invoiced in addition.
In the event of a promotion, Cabania undertakes to apply the promotional price to all orders placed during the promotional period.
4.2 Price changes
Cabania reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the Customer will be invoiced at the rate in force at the time of validation of his order.4.3. Additional charges
Any additional charges for delivery, transport or other services, of which the Customer has been informed prior to ordering, will be specified on the order form.Article 5 - Offer
5.1. Scope of application
Online sales on the site are reserved for customers residing in metropolitan France and European Union countries, for delivery in these geographical areas.5.2. Period of validity
The offers presented on the site are valid as long as the products are visible in the electronic catalog and within the limits of available stocks, unless otherwise indicated for a specific period.5.3. Acceptance of offer
Acceptance of the offer by the Customer is validated by confirmation of the order, in accordance with the double-click procedure.Article 6 - Ordering
6.1. Ordering process
To place an order, the Customer must add the desired products to his virtual basket, then click on "Order". Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of the GCS and formation of the contract.
An email confirming the order and payment will be sent by Cabania as soon as possible.
6.2. Order modification
Any request to modify an order after its confirmation is subject to acceptance by Cabania.Cabania reserves the right to make modifications to products ordered for technical reasons, in accordance with article R. 212-4 of the French Consumer Code.
6.3. Order validation and refusal
Cabania reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons, in particular if the quantities ordered appear abnormally high for a particular Buyer.6.4. Responsibility for information provided
The Customer is responsible for the information he provides when creating his account and placing his order. Cabania cannot be held responsible for errors in the information entered (e-mail address, telephone number, postal address, etc.).
Article 7 - Return policy
7.1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or pay any penalties.
Return postage is free only under certain conditions (see 7.3).
7.2. Conditions for accepting returns
For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following criteria:
- Be unassembled, unused and in perfect original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, instructions and documents included.
- Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in the case of a proven defect.
7.3. Free returns: applicable conditions
Cabania offers free returns in the following cases:
- Defective or damaged product upon receipt: The customer must provide proof (photos and detailed description) within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a free return.
- Order error: If Cabania has sent an incorrect product or one that does not correspond to the original order.
- Geographical area covered: Free returns are only available for orders shipped within mainland France.
For any other reason, return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense.
7.4. Return procedure
To initiate a return, the Customer must follow these steps:

- Order number.
- Reason for return.
- Pictures of the product in case of defect or damage.
- Return validation : After verification of your request, Cabania will provide a prepaid return label if the conditions for free return are met.
- Product shipment: The Customer must ship the product according to the instructions provided.
7.5. Inspection and refund
- Once the product has been returned and inspected, Cabania will confirm the condition of the product.
- If the return is validated, a refund will be made within 14 days via the original means of payment.
- Initial shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to a product error or defect.
7.6. Damaged or defective products
If a product is damaged or defective upon receipt, the Customer must report the problem within 48 hours to [email protected]. A solution will be proposed, including a replacement or a full refund.
7.7. Exceptions
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Customized or made-to-measure products.
- Damaged or incomplete products caused by the customer.
