5-year warranty conditions for Cabania cabin beds
1. Duration and Scope of the Warranty :
Cabania cabin beds are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only for domestic use of the product, under normal conditions of use and maintenance.2. Warranty coverage :
The warranty covers structural or manufacturing defects that would impair the bed's strength and safety. It does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, incorrect assembly, misuse or unauthorized modifications.3. Warranty exclusions :
This warranty does not cover :- Damage caused by incorrect assembly (see detailed instructions).
- Damage caused by product modifications or improper maintenance.
- Minor cosmetic damage, such as scratches and marks caused by normal use.
- Damage caused by unsuitable cleaning products or prolonged exposure to extreme weather conditions.
4. Claims procedure :
In the event of a problem covered by the warranty, the purchaser must contact Cabania as soon as possible and provide proof of purchase as well as photos or other evidence of the defect.After evaluation, Cabania reserves the right to propose one of the following solutions:
- Bed repair by an authorized technician.
- Replacement of the defective part at no additional cost to the purchaser.
- An equivalent discount to compensate for the defect, with no obligation to take back the entire product.
